Our tours being private and available by reservation only, we cannot always adapt to guests arriving at a different time than the one scheduled when confirming the booking.
For a 10 minutes-delay, we reserve the right to shorten the tour. The price charged will be the total price of a full guided tour.
For more than a 30 minutes-delay, we will directly do the tasting of the wines. The price charged will be the total price of a full guided tour.
In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours-notice before the tour, the tour will be fully charged except for cases of force majeure (hospitalization, funeral, cancellation of flight/train).
